Tried to schedule a new patient appt. Scheduler informed me of a 2.5 month wait. When I asked if they could work me in sooner, front office scheduler could't have been ruder, then hung the phone up on me. No southern love at that office !

Thoroughly professional, explaining the procedures and prognosis. Have had two colonoscopies here. Nurse was also very professional.

I find him to be competent in view of the fact that he was responsible for diagnosing my duodenal malignancy (endocarcinoma) while my primary care physician ignored my complaints.

I am retired from the medical field and I research all doctors completely. Dr. Felman is a doctor because he wants to help people. He never told me this ... I can tell from his actions, words, and obvious empathy. Last thing on my checklist for any doctor is the office staff. The staff I met has been around for a long time and they are kind, patient and seem happy to work with Dr. Felman. Person answering phones was cheerful. The path the Dr. sent me on has resulted in vast testing leading to an accurate diagnosis and subsequent surgery scheduled in a few days. I will be out of pain and danger soon. Thank you and I will be back for a colonoscopy after I heal.
