She thinks she is God! She doesn't care about hippa and views her patients as stupid nuisances. Had 3 brain aneurysms, 1 busted. Requested brain scan 3 times in the year I was with her. Called my insurance company, they called her and got the scan. However, I never ever received a call back regarding findings good or bad.

Very disappointed in this office. My husband has cancer and it has taken 6 weeks to get a referral to a cancer center. We have called them daily to get nothing but lies from this facility. 2 other doctors expressed how incompetent this office is. They are fine for colds or a sore throat but RUN fast if you need something serious from them . Rose treated our son awful when he had a question. Please find another doctor who’s office cares. Victoria will tell you a sack of lies with a smile on her face. Run! Run!

Dr Baez has been my PCP for the past 6 years. She combines care and compassion for everyone particularly the elderly. Professional approach with a huge dose of kindness.

Dr Baez is efficient and directly to the point. She is an excellent diagnostician. She listens to every word I say. She has read my chart before she comes into the exam room and is prepared to discuss my concerns intelligently. She talks with me at my level, she doesn’t talk “down” to me. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and everyone is screened for COVID before they can enter.

I like Dr Baez. True, her bedside manner can feel a little cold at times, but I don’t want a “hand holder”. I want a competent doctor that gives me the facts and prescribes a course of action that works. Appointments are always thorough and I always feel like my issues are addressed. I moved away from Venice but am returning to Venice/Sarasota to see Dr Baez as I’ve been dissatisfied with other primary care physicians in my area. The reviews are pretty blatant pro and con especially on bedside manner, either you like her or you don’t. I like her.

Do not go to this Dr unless you want to die quicker than anticipated! GOD FORBID they THINK you MAY OR MAY NOT have Covid - even with Negative test results - they'll kick you out of the office. No explanations or the fact that it took every ounce of energy to get ready in and out of car. Shouldn't be in practice.

I followed Dr. Baez when she came to Elite from Gulf Coast Medical Group. Now she is triple booked, is always rushed. Only in Venice 3 days a week. I cannot have a doctor whose schedule allows no time for emergency patients. There is nothing "Elite" about Elite Health care.

Terrible experience, horrible human being, the most cold doctor ever. All she cares about is money, charging your insurance for exams that you don’t even need. She ordered an electrocardiograph when I got there with the stomach flu.
