The front desk workers where some of the rudest people I have ever met and have very little people skills, other then the terrible experience at the front desk every time I’ve showed up, the doctors and nurses are amazing and helpful and knowledgeable

I was a patient at the urgent care 10/27, and as always the experience was top notch! From the front desk check in, to the triage tech, the doctor, and even the discharge process everyone was amazing! Caring and compassionate. And talk about speedy, I was in and out in no time at all!!!! I don’t like to be sick, but if I have to, Venice is where it’s at!
