The office staff was extremely kind. I can’t say enough about the Doctor. She was very helpful and easy to talk too. The office was very busy but she did not make me feel rushed. I highly recommend this Doctor.

Easy check in with very friendly staff. Got some xrays taken right away and was shown to an exam room to wait for the doctor. Dr Ng came in and had already examined the xrays. Manipulated my arm and shoulder into different positions and gave me her diagnosis. Presented a course of action for me and discused what she expected would happen in the next 4 weeks before my next appointment. She was very thorough and right to the point. As well as pleasnt and understanding of my issues. I am now up for my seco d surgery and I am very glad I have Dr. Ng in the OR for this one also. I know the kind of precise work she will perform on my shoulder and because of her expertise I know my recovery will be easy for me to navigate and I will heal quickly.

I was referred to Dr. Tracy Ng to diagnose two medical problems. Once in the exam room I was told I had to address only one problem per visit. I told them “I” may not have enough time to return for a second visit. They should have been honest — having me come back for two visits or having two patients scheduled in my time allotment they would make more money. It’s all about the $$$$.

Just had rotator cuff surgery on the 15th of July and I’m doing much better than expected. Dr ng did a great job! Very little pain and, so far, a fairly easy recovery

I believe Dr NG is very knowledgeable and her surgery skills are as if she has been doing surgery for at least fifty years. She is an excellent surgeon.
