The office staff was very nice and friendly. Which I feel is very important. Dr Woolverton was very nice as well, he was pretty thorough in asking many questions about myself and my health history. I will be returning in 6 months.

The entire experience was very pleasant. Dr. Woolverton took time to listen and explain all of my questions and concerns. But the whole process becomes very unpleasant when it comes to the administration of Shorepoint Health. Trying to contact anyone by phone or computer has been impossible. Over 1/2 hr. on hold only to cutoff and computer program that doesn’t work. I’m being treated, and have been for the last 12yrs. through Worker’s compensation and now I have received a bill that hadn’t happened in the past. And now we can not communicate with anyone in the billing area. I hope someone who may read this message can help me to get this resolved. Thanks 🙏

I had my first appointment with Dr. Woolverton after they had juggled their doctor lineup and my previous doctor disappeared! He was efficient and a little cold & aloof - but I’m not put off by that! I am happy with the results of my appointment.
