We have been seeing Dr.Leo as well as Dr. Matt for 2 years. They, along with the staff are the most caring, and knowledgeable practice in the area. I am a doc myself and would recommend them highly.

Didn't get to see Dr. Leo. I did see his son. I had been seeing a Dr. In Panama for many years. I was almost completely out of all of my medications . My Dr. Stopped taking my ins. And no cash pay. I was in desperation walking in this office. This man could see all of my records and list of Medications in his system. I told him I was almost completely out and that a couple of those med.s could cause severe withdrawal and the inhailor , heart med.s would save my life. This doctor sent me out with none of my current med.s, only with pretnisone and celebrex. Still in tears. Weary of even trying to see another doctor but I know it is imperative I try to keep trying to help myself for my children. So I will continue the battle of trying to find a doctor that Is a Dr. It almost seems like it was unethnical for this Dr. To do this . Especially now that everything can be seen in the system . I just can not believe the treatment . This too shall pass and prayerfully I will find a Dr.

My husband, Tom always looks for Dr. Welch when visiting his clinic. My husband only wants doctor Welch to talk to and ask questions about his health. Dr. Welch is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and courteous...doctor.

Dr Welch has been my primary physician for 12 years and is the best doctor I have known in my 75 years on this earth. His main concern is his patients and their needs! He has gone above and beyond for me on many occasions. He is the best!

I seen Dr. Welch at his new Panama City Beach office. He is a good old fashioned doctor. Very easy to talk to, and he takes time to listen to you which is rare these days. He even goes as far as checking the price of meds at the local pharmacy's so you can get the best price on your medications. I highly recommend him.
