I saw Dr Kennedy once. He knew exactly what was wrong with me on my first visit. Went back for a 3 month follow up appointment and I was told he retired. I was never called or notified. I was told to leave the building .... Cleveland Clinic has horrible patient care. I called to speak with a manager. My call was sent to voicemail and never had any follow calls.

old school but clinically very sharp...not around in summer and trouble getting refills accordingly....needs a patient portal to make life easier for him, for Lisa, and for patients

After decreasing the dosage of predisone down to 2 mg I began having pain again. Eight calls to Dr. Kennedy's office for help yielded not one return call. The office manager had no explanation for this lack of patient concern. Do not choose to go to Dr. Kennedy.

I have gone to other Rheumtologist and was told everything from in fat to it’s just fibromyalgia and any doctor can treat me. Dr. Kennedy looked at other doctors reports and blood work and saw that I have rheumatoid arthritis also and has been treating me ever since. I don’t know where I would be without Dr. Kennedy.

I have been w/Dr Kennedy for approximately 12 years...not only is he a skilled, knowledgeable physician but has as importantly, become my medical partner together addressing my PA (that I've had since 1980). He has been my guide and my friend assisting me in my goal to remain agile and as comfortable as possible during the progression of this disease as I'm aging. I give him the highest recommendation possible and thank the Lord for him daily.

Had been to Orthopaedic after Orthopaedic and no one was able to diagnose my problem of hip pain. Did some research and found that possibly and Rheumatologist could help. Knew about Dr. Kennedy through HS and after 1-2 visits my problem was diagnosed. Thank you for the relief and your kindness Dr. Kennedy.
