Dr. Yoon is highly recommended. Had an appointment today and 5 stars isn’t enough. He’s very compassionate and caring and I’m very confident he will get to the root of my problem. The office is extremely well run and the staff is the best.

New to area and developed a serious ear ache. Earliest they could get me in was a week later made the appt and hoped for the best. I asked twice what time I needed to be there as I was a new patient and was NOT told I needed to be there 12 hour early including multiple texts reminding me of the visit. Once I arrived at the correct time they made no attempt to accommodate me and told me I needed to reschedule that it was office policy to be there 12 hour earlier. I have no idea about the doctor but the practice clearly values its paperwork over the well being of patients.

He talked too fast. He was in such a hurry to get through the visit and on to the next of the many patients waiting in the waiting room that he Began answered questions before even hearing the entire question. Was not listening to what was being asked. Very cold even rude. Would never step foot in his office again even if he was the lady ENT in the world
