I don't agree with with those 2 negative reviews. Dr Alexander is very caring, knowledgeable doctor who listens and explains everything with patience.She also has a very friendly personality and me and my husband are fortunate to be her patients.

Dr. Alexander is NOT someone you want to see. She will stop your medication cold turkey with NO warning. Her excuse for doing so was that she referred me to a Psych. NEVER DID. Now I am off very very important medicine and having awful withdrawals. I will never return and I suggest you do not see her.

I was completely dissatisfied with visits to Dr. Alexander. She seemed completely disinterested in what I had to say and spent most of her time starring at her laptop. When I needed to be referred for specialized treatment for an unknown ailment she asked me what type of dr I wanted to see. How am I supposed to know, that is why I came to see her. Then when I finally get my referral, I find out she sent me to a dr that does not accept my insurance so I had to start the whole process over again. Needless to say I switched my primary care to another dr.
