Asha Shah's Online Review Report Card

I chose this doctor for various reasons in hopes that she and her staff would earn 4 stars. After making the initial appointment, which was scheduled approximately 2 months out, I received a telephone call advising me that the doctor would be out of town on the day of my scheduled appointment. They needed to reschedule ....After 3 appointment changes that they failed to follow up on or send any reminders about, I showed up for the rescheduled appointment 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The receptionist was friendly enough and took my paperwork and ID. I waited a little longer before she asked my telephone number (which was on the paperwork) and finally she said I did not have an appointment because it had been rescheduled for a date in May. Dr. Shah wasn’t even there!!!If all this sounds confusing it’s because it has been! The whole process of trying to see Dr. Shah has been completely disorganized and more than inefficient. The inefficiency of the office staff generally gives one a good idea about the doctor and the level of care afforded the patients. She may well be a good physician but, I’ll never know. This lack of care has cost me 4 months in trying to get established with a physician.I’ll leave the 4 stars in hopes they set their sight on actually earning it in the future.

After years of seemingly unrelated symptoms, and visiting many different Doctors, Dr. Shah is the one that finally nailed my condition and sent me to a Rheumatologist for a diagnosis. She really listened to me and showed true concern. She is truly a knowledgeable Doctor and I would recommend her to anyone. She may not seem overly friendly at first, but she is very attentive to detail and actually really cares about her patients. I'd rather have a knowledgeable Doctor that has my back than someone super friendly who overlooks the details.

I'm one of those people who hates going to the doctor and after listening to other peoples' experiences with their healthcare professionals, it's become clear that I need a doctor who listens more than Dr. Shah does. I've visited her multiple times over the years about high functioning anxiety, but she always opts to treat this by prescribing antidepressants, despite my verbally expressed discomfort in taking antidepressants. Whenever I leave, I always feel like I've wasted my money in coming in. If you're someone with even small mental health concerns, I would highly recommend going directly to a psychiatrist, and/or seeking a therapist.

Dr. Shah is very thorough and compassionate! Being a nurse it's important to me to know that she is listening, very knowledgable and really cares about me as a person. Her staff is wonderful! I wholeheartedly recommend her for your care!

Worst Doctor that I have ever had. I have never met her other than a video chat. Twice when I tried to make an appointment I was told that she didn't have any openings and to go to a walk in clinic. She refused to fill a prescription and did not offer an alternative to the medication.

Dr. Shah is an exceptional doctor. She truly has your best interest in mind. She goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend her. Coming from the Philadelphia area where the doctors are exceptional, Dr. Shah has the same work ethic and mind set. She’s quite thorough and proficient in evaluating and caring for her patients.

She so pleasant and very thorough and her staff is also great. That's not always easy to find in Vero so I'm really happy I was able to get in with Dr. Shah.

Extremely disrespectful. Lazy and rude. The staff is so disrespectful and the dr is extremely unkind. I wouldn’t recommend this dr to even my enemy. Horrible experience.
