I love Dr Memet.... She's an amazing rheumatologist she knows her stuff and she's good at what she does and I appreciate that. Patient Kathleen Warren

Dr Memet is a wonderful Physician, she takes her time and listens to you. It took a long time to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait.

Dr Mehmet is the best Dr I've ever seen She really takes the time to hear Alllll your explanations of how your feeling ,very compassionate really can't say enough about her other than if You don't see her IT is Your loss 🙏

I haven’t yet seen this doctor or been to the location. This is going off making my appt only. I have called about ten doctors offices. This was the first that was professional, polite, and non rushed. Shanika even asked me if I had 10-15 mins to get things started, offered other doctors to get in sooner, and then made my appt (only have to wait until dec which is way sooner that anywhere else). Asked me if I wanted to go on the wait list and then explained things throughly to me. I am dyslexic and she was very understanding and went slowly with addresses and numbers for me. I am very excited to meet my new specialist and front desk staff.

This is the 2nd issues I've experienced with this office.. but ill only review on my visit yesterday.. I am considering filing a complaint through the BBB for the treatment recieved by Dr. Memets staff today.. After reading the other comment reviews, I wish I had heeded the warnings.. First/initial visit.. DANIELLE confirmed apt. Friday via voicemail.. Monday comes around, I arrive at 815 am for my 9am apt.(for new patient paperwork, etc.).. I pre paid for the apt. Receipt shows @8:28 am. I wait for over an hour. At 10am I ask the staff member for an update as my apt. Was over an hour ago and I had not yet been seen. She comes back with another staff member (Danielle) and they both explain that I was never properly "checked in".. then blamed me.. I explained that I even paid at check-in and showed them my receipt (because it seemed like they needed proof..?) Not only did I not get seen at this apt. (That i waited nearly 6 months for), but I drove an hour to get there, early, and have been in constant discomfort with my health - which i was REALLY hanging on to hope that Dr. Memet could help me.. Then, I was asked to wait 5 hours so I could see the other dr. .. I ended up crying as I left the waiting room.. feeling defeated and discouraged that ill ever get better. Don't kill your dream of getting health help.. go somewhere else if you actually want to see a doctor.

Cleveland Clinic is the worst run practice ever. Had a new pt appt with Dr Kennedy then went back for a 3 month follow up. I was told my appt was cancelled no notice. Scheduled an appt in March was told I had to wait till 8/17/21 for an appt. Then today I get a voice mail my appt has been cancelled. Worst office I've ever had to deal with. I tried 3 times to get an appointment with Dr Memet . Her staff is rude and refused to schedule any appointments until my medical records showed I had an illness she would treat!

Just saw her again today, very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable….makes you feel very comfortable.

After reading these terrible reviews, I have to share mine. I was initially a patient of Dr Kennedy who I really liked but he has retired now and I had my next appointment with Lauren Sloat who I like very much, very professional and understanding she went over all my test results with me with thorough explanations. I was very satisfied. I have not seen Dr Memet yet but I’m happy for now with Lauren as she does consult with Dr Memet with my testing results

Dr Memet is one of best Doctors I have known. She really cares for her patients.

Terrible customer service. I had two appointments canceled with no notice. I wasn’t even give a reason for the second cancellation. After six months I’ve seen the doctor only once and the PA once. They have no interest in finding out what’s wrong with you. Very dismissive of your symptoms. I’ll go out if town, out of state if I have to, rather than go back to that office.
