Front desk staff is very pleasant.Lady that performed pre exam tests was very unfriendly.Dr Roselli had a mostly cold demeanor.Phoropter was placed low & I had to contort myself to see through the lenses. He never provided a lens option that provided me a sharp view. All options were blurry. I best I could make out a couple of letters on the second line.In a test that involved two images rotating around each other they would go out of my vision to their upper right. I told him so & that I thought the phoropter was incorrectly positioned. He said it was correct. I tried to move it but it was locked.At that point he quickly wrote & handed me a script. I think I said "We're Finished?"I had that script filled. It provided me blurry, eye straining, nauseating inducing vision.I wore my old glasses.I went to another doctor. It was verified that my newly purchased lenses matched the script Roselli had written. This doctor seemed sincerely amazed at how wrong the script or astigmatism or both were. I didn't catch that exactly. Only that it was very wrong.I got new lenses and that fixed the problem. Now I get to wear my new glasses.

He wrote me a script that was very wrong. All was nauseatingly, eye straining blurry. I had to wear my old glasses. Due his cold demeaner during our appointment I saw no point in trying to get him to admit that he had incorrectly diagnosed me. Due his demeaner I would not seek to be in his company again anyway. I had a terrific experience here! The staff was fantastic and Dr. Roselli was very personable and explained everything very well. I have found my knew optometrist office and would recommend them very much!

Dr. Roselli and his staff have always been friendly and professional during every one of my visits. I have been coming to this location for eye exams for about eight years now and I'm very happy with the atmosphere and quality care provided.
