Every time we have come for my husband we have had a great experience. Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. The nurses are amazing and caring. Dr. Groosman is great at asking very detailed questions and really cares about his patients.

Appointments Difficult It was okay the first time. Called for an appointment again, 2 month wait a week before the appointment date his office canceled and said next appointment was in 2 and a half months.

My first visit with Dr. Bruce Grossman was in late 2019 when I moved to Vero Beach. He seemed to be a caring doctor and answered all my questions in detail. After recovering from a very complex heart surgery up North at Mayo Clinic. I was told I needed to be seen by a GI doctor. In October 2021 when all highly rated GI doctors were booked out for months, also was Dr. Grossman, but with a cancellation Dr. Grossman seen me the following day after my call, as this was to decide if I was having more heart problems or GI. The following week Dr. Grossman performed my EGD at Cleveland Clinic IRMC Scully Endoscopy Center. Dr. Grossman treated me with much care, compassion and the entire procedure went so well that I know I was very fortunate to have Dr. Grossman perform my procedure. I feel Dr. Grossman is an exceptional experienced and caring GI doctor.

Dr. Bruce Grossman is a very caring excellent diagnostician. After many years with another GI Dr. I was misdiagnosed . Dr. Grossman made the diagnosis as Neuroendocrine Cancer Carcinoid tumor with Mets to liver. He listens to his patients . I am so thankful that he was referred to me. I feel he was the one who saved my life by taking the time to listen to his patient.

Before my first visit with DR. Bruce Grossman I delivered him a letter of my concerns RE: Endoscopy. On my first appointment he did not address my letter of concerns until I brought up the subject and was addressed very briefly. I still made an appointment with Dr. Grossman for an Endoscopy for last appointment of the day {3:15pm} 34 days in advance of my appointment. Approximately 3 weeks later I was told there are no more 3:15pm appointments. If true? {currently being investigated} , my appointment should have been honored. I was in a position I couldn't accept any other time offers as I was leaving the State.

I went in to ask some questions regarding some paperwork for my father and tried asking Dr. Grossman’s nurse Fiona some simple questions. She was very rude and spoke down to me the entire time. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected.

Dr. Grossman performed a colonoscopy and an endoscopy procedure on me on the same day and he and his staff made these procedures as easy as possible. My appointment with Dr. Grossman prior to the procedure was informative and beneficial. When I had completed my procedures he discussed with me what he had found and established a follow up appointment to discuss treatments and options. I have followed Dr. Grossman's instructions and I feel much better today for having done so. Dr. Grossman and his staff are professional, punctual, concerned, and knowledgeable. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Grossman as my physician.
