Had a shoulder slap tear, a cist, a bone spur and a mildly arthritic AC joint. Asked to be treated as a very active older adult looking for no reduction in use. Surgery included 6 arthroscopic incisions. The relief was immediate, and now, 2 years later, complete and long lasting. Thank you, thank you Dr. Dilella.

I can say nothing negative about Dr. Dilella. He is a concerned doctor and not at all condescending in his manner of interacting with his patients. His skill in rotor cuff surgery is so artful that I experienced ZERO pain after my recent surgery and required no pain medication! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dilella and have recommended him to family members and friends.

Upon hearing I needed shoulder surgery, I was an emotional wreck. Dr. Dr. DiLella and his staff spent incredible amount of time with me and answered all questions. Surgery was more difficult than he had anticipated but he handled everything perfectly. Staff support during my recovery was above and beyond.

Dr Dilella, of Orthopaedic Center of Vero Beach, was my doctor for my knee replacement surgery. I was very nervous prior to the operation, but Dr Dilella reassured me that everything would be okay and made me feel comfortable. He has been very kind and professional during all of my appointments, from initial to follow-up. It has now been two and a half months, and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely come to him again if necessary.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Dilella. I'm a new patient. I was about to travel overseas and had a bursitis on my elbow which he advised me about, quickly aspirated it, and gave me a cortisone shot and sent me on my way. He was thorough, professional, personable and knowledgeable. I found his office to be equally professional and efficient. What more could I ask?

So glad I had my second opinion with Dr. DiLella! I suffered with a labrum tear for a year and was told by another orthopedic to live with it. I lived in constant pain and was unable to sleep. Now 4 moths post surgery I feel “good as new”. He was very honest and upfront with what I could expect after surgery. Very caring and compassionate. PT staff was great also. Highly recommend.

Dr. Dilella is extremely knowledgable and up-to-date on the latest information. He operated on my rotator cuff using the latest scope methods. Recuperation time was minimal and I was back to normal quicker than I expected this 58 year old body to be.In addition he is extremely personable and professional. His staff is also extremely courteous. I have recommended him to family and friends and they feel the same.

My rotator cuff is history. Dr DiLella did a super job of doing a reverse shoulder replacement. He is personable, thorough, and excellent at what he does. He was highly recommended by another Orthopedic surgeon and I am happy that I have a new shoulder. The physical therapy was not as hard as I expected and the therapists did a great job of getting new muscles to work for me. It was almost fun.

I was misdiagnosed by another local Dr. for my injury so I saw Dr DiLella who was much more thorough, listened to me, took new xrays and was very clear with the diagnosis and prognosis. He didn't force me into surgery but gave honest answers to my questions. Dr. DiLella did my reconstructive surgery, every time I meet with him he comes across as very caring, not in a hurry and compassionate. I would recommend Dr. DiLella to anyone. I could not be happier.

Great doc can do shoulders perfect now doing my Achilles. So far great outcome!
