Excellent. Again

I called for an appt in Nov stating I had $3,500 insurance money I wanted to spend b4 years end. Had a apt. The paperwork is horrible. Got X-rays but needed a sign off from Orthope Dr v4 cleaning. I was unable to go to Sebastian. This form could have been faxed by the office. Now I missed two appts cuz of this paper that was faxed back immediately when asked . All I wanted was to get my teeth cleaned and anything else for $3,500. My mouth was examined and there were a lot of problems. Then I was given an apt for a deep cleaning and I needed to come up with additional money. I told her I didn’t have it. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned- a month and a half later the year ran out and I lost my credit. I was referred to other dentists and all of a sudden everything was still going to cost me money. My complaint is your company is so regulated that it doesn’t hear what the patient is asking for therefore u lost $3,500 in revenue and I’m very dissatisfied with your office. FYI-I have filled out house loan paperwork that was simpler and easier then your paperwork. In addition-my insurance pays for X-rays and now u r billing me $11 over what the insurance paid. I’m sure u don’t care about my complaint but I needed to vent. I will not recommend anyone to your non feeling corporate practice.

I'm not from Vero Beach florida. I was visiting and was in pain from a previous tooth had been pulled from my home town. I called Coast Dental and they told to come in at 2pm. The staff was very courteous even though they did not except my insurance and they still gave the best care. The Doctor still gave the best care and fixed my problem. And the price was really not expensive. I just want to thank the staff and the doctor for the hospitality and care they provided to me. If I ever have an issue and I'm in the area you will be my first place to go to. Thanks again! Angela Bryant

@Vero office;The Dr's are compassionate, the office manager goes above and beyond. The techs are so professional and personable. I'm a phobic of the dentist and my experience was over the top, I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I love Dr Lorenzo he's an angel.

Dr. Lorenzo was excellent, and the staff was personable. Everything worked out very well.

Great cleaning

Dr Lorenzo is a wonderful dentist and very caring to you wants and needs. His work is impeccable and his assistant, Mary is remarkable they make a great team…so glad I found them❤️

I really should have listened to my instincts when I walked through the door of this office and left. No one at the front desk, after 10 minutes someone appeared who was maybe the office manager, who told me "It is just me here, so I did not run your insurance" The same person also told me my insurance was "wonky". Ok. After 30 minutes someone came to bring me back for the exam, x-rays, etc. This person was very nice but brand new and seemed to be training by being thrown in and barked at by an assistant. After the assistant could not get my x-rays done she finally got another assistant, I believe named Mary who did an excellent job quickly. I had now been in the office for an hour and was just making it to the dentist chair. After 75 minutes, I advised that I really had to leave in 17 minutes, another 10 minutes went by and finally the hygienist who seemed to like insulting other dentist's office when asked a question, finally checked my gum measurements. At 115 minutes she was done, and I said I really need to leave, trying to get some type of feedback on what is next the hygienist could not give me much information, I asked if they could please have someone call me. About 30 minutes later I received an email with my x-rays, no information, just the pictures. I never even saw a dentist. This place is to be avoided at all costs. I did not heed the reviews and thought, "oh people love to complain" but these people were correct, this place is awful.

Long wait times, overpriced, rusted equipment, overall bad experience.
