I have bee going to Dr. Hurst for quite sometime and have always been very happy. So happy in fact that my husband also goes there. Ever since Cleveland clinic took over it's impossible to speak with anyone there, impossible to schedule an appt., impossible to get a prescription refilled. If it doesn't change I fear I will have to find another provider. And again called the office told let me put you on hold for a moment, they never get back to you. Leave you on for 7 minutes until answering service & then VM picks up. Unacceptable.

Cleveland Clinic Doctors..Dr Pagan and Dr Hurst share this office. The two assistants at the front desk are wonderful. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Best practice in Vero

Doc is good but nobody ever answers the phone. Been calling for two days straight. Canceling my upcoming appointment if someone ever answers the phone. Finding a new doctor and the person I just referred him to is looking elsewhere now for the same reason.
