I can’t get them to call me back after multiple messages. I need to actually speak to a human that can help my situation and all I get from scheduling staff is we’ll have someone contact you ASAP. Each time I wait 🤷♂️. How many call do I need to make, and how long should I be waiting for. This is ridiculous. It’s been a week after two messages... no call.

I came to Dr. Maldonado after I had seen another Pulmonologist. I had a very bad experience at the other pulmonologist office. Dr. Maldonado was able to get me in within 2 days. He explained everything in depth to me. He was comforting and answered all my questions. He gave me a completely different continuation of care program and diagnosis than the other pulmonologist had. He referred me to a surgeon and I was able to get in quickly. I researched everything that Dr. Maldonado had told me and could not find ANY studies that said anything different that what he explained to me and his next steps in treatment. I was very shocked at the diagnosis and the fact that I needed surgery. Dr. Maldonado said to me as I left,.....and I will never forget. Don't worry I will take care of you. I do not have any conceptions that I am in the best hands every.

Had an appointment. When we got there it was cancelled. Couldn't determine why. Office nurse set us up for 2 days hence. Got a call on that day that the Dr. was out and they needed to cancel only to find out they had scheduled us with a different doctor. We are going elsewhere

Can never get through to the office and no one returns your calls. I waited 3 months to schedule a test and finally had to call the center and make my own appointment. I then tried to contact Dr. Maldonado's office for the test results and could not get through to the office. No one returned my messages.

Useless no way to get through to office to make appointments or there’s no follow up with urgent testing no information very frustrating and disappointed we were told he was great and were referred by dr ! Waited for months to get in also to no avail... truly sad
