I moved from Florida in 2017. ONE of the few things I miss about Vero Beach is my PCP Dr. Erol Atamer. He took such good care of me during the 10+ years that I was his patient. He was thorough and thoughtful. His diligence in follow through specialty care is the reason I didn't die of a subarachnoid hemorrhagic stroke while on a cross-country trip. I certainly would have died at age 63 if he hadn't been so conscientious. I now live in New Hampshire where I ignorantly assumed there would be good health care; New England, and all. I can't say that Dr. Atamer is better than my PCP here because I cannot get an appointment with a PCP after a year and a half of trying. If you are lucky enough to have Erol Atamer as your doctor you are receiving excellent health care. I miss Dr. Atamer.

this "Doctor" did not properly diagnose my mother He should not be practicing any more He would not send her Medical Records to a hospital for no apparent reason. QUACK

My mother went to him for years. When she became sick and hospitalized, Atamer refused to send her records.

This fellow is one to RUN FROM! Did not diagnose me correctly. He and his staff are rude and the place is filthy. His knowldege is from the ice age and he does not stay current with medical practices. He adds test after unnecessary test to ADD UP HIS Bottom line. He caused our family a great deal of heartache because mis-diagnosed me and treated me for something that I DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO HAVING. I am happy that I got a second opinion and got far away from this LEACHEROUS UNPROFESSIONAL SHIESTER. I was cured with an office visit from my next doctor and Dr. Erol Atamer had me hospitalized and looking for a funeral home. Don't trust any of your family with this one. HE IS DANGEROUS and should be put out of business.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Atamer for almost 3 years now. We like him very much. Never had problems with the staff. Thanks again Dr. Atamer for taking care of my back!!

When you call the office the admin or medical assistant answer and they have no problem with answering questions they are not qualified to answer or making decisions they know nothing about - where did they get their medical licenses - when you tell the doctor he shrugs - I guess its not his problem - another doctor in the same group's admin's do the same thing - my best doctors appointment setters have never made a decision w/o first speaking with their doctor - its really a poor policy on his part - unless he cares as little as them.
