Dr.Baker used to be my primary care doctor several years ago and I had to leave him when my insurance changed. He stilled had my records and I filled him in to what has happened to me since that time. I respect his judgement and those specialists he recommends for treatment. The same staff is there and they never seem to miss anything or order any meds I take. Highly Recommend this facility.

Called to make an appointment and got no where was told i had to be reffered in by a patient by two different doctors they transferred me to and then... On the third transfer i got get to voice mail.... Not real fair or proffesional. Just looking for some medical help.

PCTC is the very Best! Dr Rick Baker is my primary care Dr. Not only is Dr Baker extremely knowledgeable & a genuinely caring person, his entire nursing staff & receptionists are too!! I have been a patient for a few years, and never remember the Doctor looking in my eyes, ears, nose or throat. The only physical contact is one listen to my heart & then he's back to the computer & blood test results. I do trust his recommendations and he is very bright - but should be more hands on....
