I was in an emergency situation. I called at 9:30 and the staff that answered my call was very attentive. She managed to get me in within the hour. When I got there the staff again handled me very promptly. The nurse explained my options and answered my questions. The male nurse then guided me thru a emotional experience of self tapping. If I could I would add 5 more stars.
