courteous, explains well, good office staff, follows up

She has been my cardiologist for 20+ years! She has had some crabby receptionists over the years, but the nurses and other staff are caring, competent and professional. Dr. Anderson is experienced and smart, matter of fact, and will expertly attend to your needs. She can't help you if you don't follow her advice, however! Everyone has an opinion but she has kept me going for a long time and provided great care and advice and I don't think there is anyone better!

One star is being generous both in office attitude and doctor competence and care.

Best cardiologist takes great care of my Husband

Dr Anderson has been my Cardiologist since 2008. She has kept me alive and staying strong. Through 2 open heart surgeries, 11 heart stents, ICD monitoring, works well with my Kidney Dr, as I'm now stage 4, renal She and her nurse are very caring and attentive to my needs. Dr Anderson and her nurse Rosemary, were punctual, caring and thorough with the first visit. As we are new to the area, some of our records were not forwarded to the Dr on time, she was patient in collecting information from us verbally and with what copies we had of prior procedures. I was pleased with the scheduling staff and do hope that Dr Anderson will be a part of future medical care for years to come.

Saw Dr. Anderson years ago and she did good by me, but when I called the office yesterday to inquire about getting my medical records the office staff treated me like complete garbage. The woman I spoke to was unbelievably rude like I was inconveniencing her so much just to ask her the simple question if I could come in to get my records. It had been several years since I had been there and I couldn’t remember the name of the Dr or practice but I had a feeling it was that place so I asked if they could check if I had gone there. Was treated like I was a complete imbicile. How preposterous for me to call and take 3 minutes out of their day to look me up in the system. She acted like I had asked her to come clean my toilet or something ridiculous like that. I was in such shock by how rude she was to me I was in tears after I got off the phone. I’m a sensitive person but I don’t just cry over spilled milk either. This was unnatural rudeness. Will never go to this cardiologist office again

This is the last straw for me and this office. I understand you want to be like Seinfeld soup kitchen with your appointment times. but your not. I had to take a half day off work to drive over an hour away to see a doctor, I get there at 10:04 for a 10:00 appointment and get turned away. I have been in the hospital twice since the last time I was there and you do not care since I didn't make it on time. So, now I do not care what kind of issues or effect this review or the complaint I filed today has on you. Maybe it will help you feel a ounce of what I felt being turned away today by your snide and nasty staff you have running your windows. Thank you for your time and I hope you treat people better in the future.

Dr. Anderson as well as her staff are professional caregivers . Went out of there way to get insurance mistake cleared up and had me rescheduled within a few days. Dr Anderson takes time with me and is willing to answer any questions I may have. Highly recommend.

I was referred here by TCCH. TCCH sent over my referral on March the 2nd of 2019. When I didn't hear from this office by the 17th of March I called and got myself scheduled. The earliest they could see me was weeks away and scheduled me for 3pm on April 3rd. On April 3rd I called at 245 and told them there was an accident on US1 and I would be a out 10 minutes late. Kimberly told me to come in anyway and try to hurry. I got there at 3:10. Kimberly informed me that my appointment is at 3 o'clock but my arrival time needs to be at 2:45 and that she would have to reschedule me 3 weeks from today but she also wanted to take my insurance information for today's visit. After dealing with their customer service today I can see that they are obviously way too booked to take on new patients and I feel like the personal care that I need will be better suited somewhere else. I instantly felt like a personnel number versus a human. Remember this is an office that deals with your heart and obviously time sensitive matters don't fall into there schedule. There are much better providers elsewhere.
