Very nasty and disrespectful Office manager,Kathy. Definitely anything but professional. When they are confirming an appointment they need to give there whole address when asked, not just 777 37th St. Then when you call and you have been looking for them for 40 minutes, which now has made you 10 minutes late, Kathy tells you they will not see you today, you need to reschedule. NOT... I will have a Severe heart problem before I would ever go back there. I called and asked if they were a part of a group and Kathy soon let me know " They don't answer to anyone". Very bad first and last impression. Never will be a patient, Kathie Ostrowski

My husband has been a patient for many years. In an a new patient of hers. Dr Anderson has always been attentive, responsive and on target with all of her treatments, opinions and responses. She is no holds barred direct, which we like. We never have to second guess her recommendations. When we recommend her to others, we always say that you’ll either like her or dislike her…nothing in between! She’s an up front, honest and knowledgeable doctor. Would never think of going anywhere else as long as she’s practicing!! Thank you, Dr Anderson!!

I will not recommend DR. Anderson. she is not caring Doctor and she is not very good it all. after she performed my surgery 2015 I had complications called the Doctor, she was in her day off, she cannot be disturbed even though she ask to call if I is any complications, after 3 days of horrible pain, I went in to the clinic she sent me to Emergency department and she told me she will contact the ED she will meet me there, she never shows up neither called the E. R. she sent another DR. To fix her mess, she made a mistake drill a hole in my urethra, I went through surgeries to get it fix. after 5 years the hole erupted again, is not-an ending for me it will be happening every so often. Is 2021 and I started filling pain again I know what is next. I wish it was a law that when a DR. Makes this kind of mistakes will be responsible at list for paying the bills related to their mistakes I had done at list 5 surgeries so far trying to get this hole to heal. I will never go back to see her.

One star is being generous both in office attitude and doctor competence and care.

Best cardiologist takes great care of my Husband

Dr Anderson has been my Cardiologist since 2008. She has kept me alive and staying strong. Through 2 open heart surgeries, 11 heart stents, ICD monitoring, works well with my Kidney Dr, as I'm now stage 4, renal She and her nurse are very caring and attentive to my needs. She has been my doctor for over 20 years and I missed an appointment and called the next day to apologize and to reschedule. Waited a week and received a certified letter that I had to travel west of town to pick up saying she was dropping me as a patient. Very Disappointed !!

This is the last straw for me and this office. I understand you want to be like Seinfeld soup kitchen with your appointment times. but your not. I had to take a half day off work to drive over an hour away to see a doctor, I get there at 10:04 for a 10:00 appointment and get turned away. I have been in the hospital twice since the last time I was there and you do not care since I didn't make it on time. So, now I do not care what kind of issues or effect this review or the complaint I filed today has on you. Maybe it will help you feel a ounce of what I felt being turned away today by your snide and nasty staff you have running your windows. Thank you for your time and I hope you treat people better in the future.

Terrible service, Dr severely over tests, will not give you results of tests unless you spend more money to come in and find out. Dismissive and nasty. My heart was 100% fine as looked at by 3 other doctors, and she continued running expensive tests for no reason,. I found out this was normal for her from others.
