John Peden's Online Review Report Card

Finding a doctor like John Peden, in the crowded orthopedic space of Indian River County, was a gift. Of all the doctors I interviewed I had not come across anyone so willing to describe my rotator cuff injury and the steps he would take to fix it. I can say without a doubt I am glad I continued my search and found Dr. Peden so far things are working out just great! I recommend Dr. Peden to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery.

Dr. Peden is wonderful. He’s one of my strongest supporters not only in his care of me, but in being a viable part of my weight loss team.He’s thorough and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. He makes me feel heard.

Dr. John Peden , performed surgery for a S/P Right Rotator Cuff Repair on me. Ive heard a lot of rumors about this specific surgery that have gone wrong buy other surgeons. By friends and other people who had the surgery done and unfortunately , there surgery didn't go so well. Dr. John Peden was very successful on not only the surgery performed on me but also my pain level was minimal. He was as professional and knowledgeable as you would expect from a great doctor at his profession. Im extremely grateful that he was my surgeon. I would and will recommend Dr. John Peden to anyone and everyone who needs this type of surgery. Thank you. Dr.John for a job well done.

I've had shoulder pain for about a year. I finally decided to have it evaluated. Jason Stack at Vero Ortho did my original and referred me to John Peden for surgery. The entire process from initial eval to referral to surgery and follow up PT were exceptional. Dr. Peden listened to my expectations and schedule requirement relating to my riding a motorcycle and starting my golf league in mid-April and provided what was needed through surgery and PT. I've met 3 of my original 4 goals within 3 seeks and expect to be playing golf again very soon. Thanks to all involved.

Have a torn ACL and never cared for the nonchalant vibe from the staff from the first visit. Fast forward to the long wait times and then the poor bedside manner and the way I felt attacked. He always spoke to me as if it was something I was doing wrong to not get better. I cried in his office and his response was, do you have any more questions? I have since found another doctor.

I requested an appointment with Dr. Peden to have shoulder examined. Appointment was given in a timely manner. . Patient is seen in a reasonable amount of time at office.I found Dr. Peden to very thorough during examination. He listened to my concerns and did not try to rush the appointment. He diagnosed my problem, ordered X-ray and physical therapy. Things did get better but unfortunately Covid made things difficult. I left the area in order to go back north.I have done PT and am now on home exercise program.I can recommend Dr. Peden as a competent, caring professional who takes a genuine interest in his patient.I would not hesitate to go to Dr. Peden again if I need him in the future.

I will not use any other surgeon to repair my shoulders. Dr. Peden is complete and thorough with all of his examinations and follow-ups. Much appreciation to him and his staff.

Dr Peden is always informative and educational about someone's diagnosis as well as their possible alternatives for treatment. He is very caring about his patients and takes the time to research all alternatives. His staff is very caring and has, at times, gone out of their way to make sure that I have a smooth experience at Vero orthopedics.The wait time is variable, sometimes short and sometimes longer, depending on emergencies that may present. Although it can be occasionally annoying, I realize that emergencies are out of someone's control and I find that the care that I receive makes up for the additional wait time.
