After calling twice and leaving voicemail with Dr Suen’s nurse I never received a call back and had a very difficult time getting through to anyone. Also had an appointment today and was the first patient after their lunch break. They took me into a room, took my vitals and then I sat there for 45 minutes and I had to ask why it was taking so long and the response I got was that the Dr left. Seriously...worst Dr experience I’ve ever had.

9am appointment, took day off of work and he isnt even in the office. Not informed rom staff or anybody until I asked. Way to waste my time and money.

Honestly I was pleased to meet dr Suen . He and his office are efficient and pleasant ! My situation was testing and ruled out lung issues.And I’m being referred to a cardiologist. Thank you !

I love coming into this office. Dr.Suen is always so accommodating, and is one of the most patient medical practitioners i have ever dealt with.

One of the best doctors in town. Always love coming in to speak with Dr.Suen. Waits can be longer, but the good doctor knows what he is doing, and I'll always come to him after saving my life.

Love going to Dr.Suen's office when I experience any medical issues. Staff might be a little slower but the good doctor is always willing to make time for me and provides the highest level of treatment and attention

My husband and I bothe go to Dr. Suen. He is very nice, listens to you and a good dr. We highly recommend him. His staff is nice also.

Today, Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. This Doctor was uncommunicative and left us in the dark upon the conclusion of visit. It was a wasted day and trip for this office visit. Also, waited 55 minutes in the office. Please do your research and go to a competent doctor.
