My husband has had glaucoma for years. We switched to Dr.Todd and she did reduce the pressure after changing his drops twice. The second drop made a miracle. My husband called for a refill and they called the wrong drop. We went to. the office to get the correct drop the clerks at the desk would not let him up or even call to let him speak to someone.They then went up when he showed them her note to stop the one that increased the pressure.Dr. Todd is a great Dr. however we will now be forced to find another one since we were told you only have one set of eyes and you don’t risk them on deskclerks.

Dr Todd used to be very good. But she seems to have changed. Talked the whole time to her assistant, like chit chat. Never acknowledged me. Was in for about 2 minutes.

I've been with you for years Dr. Todd. The past 2 visits have involved a new employee, MaKayla. Our first interaction was when I came in to have my eyes checked. My eyes get very dry in the office in fact they are very dry all the time. Kayla noticed right off and offered me some eye drops. I've never had that happen before. I understand that she is new, only been there about a month and that this type of work is not her background, yet she was knowledgeable and professional and knew what you was doing. It was a confident interaction with her. The second time occurred when I came for laser surgery on my left eye. And Makayla was there again to greet me. What a great addition to your staff! I know I'm not spelling her name right, but you know who I'm speaking about. Thank you Makayla!

She flew in to see me, stayed about 2 minutes and left, not even explaining what was going on with my eye, told me to get this medication downstairs which cost over $100.00. I refused and got it at pharmacy for $5.00.

Dr Todd has been our eye doctor for more than ten years. We have always found her to be upbeat, pleasant, helpful and very professional. She is special!

Dr Todd corrected my vision from 20/200 (left eye) 20/75 ( right eye) to 20/30 and 20/20 with cataract surgery. I was nearsighted with bifocals and had worn glasses since I was about 7 or 8 years old (I'm 66 now). I had never been able to see anything clearly beyond a foot from my face. I can't believe the difference! I can see so clearly now. I'm no longer afraid of driving during the day or night. I was even afraid to take a walk around my neighborhood at night due to fear of falling. That's how bad my vision was. Dr Todd actually told me on my very 1st visit I was legally blind and I shouldn't have even been on the road driving. She said if I went to renew my driver's license they would fail me. Mind you I had just gotten new glasses the 1st part of March 2020. I am soooo happy I went to see Dr Todd. She is a miracle worker and truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone having vision problems. Thank you Dr Todd.

We left other imminent surgeons to become patients of Dr. Todd. She has performed miracles with her glaucoma surgery. During each appointment, Dr. Todd treats you like you're her only patient of the day. She patiently answers all of your questions. She patiently gives you all the facts and fully explains your current medical condition, the treatment options, and expectations for the future. She is extraordinarily compassionate and competent. We are blessed to have found Dr. Todd and her extraordinary staff at Florida Eye Institute. We unreservedly recommend Dr. Todd for your eye care.
