I changed PCP's as my previous was leaving his practice. I tried Dr. Johnson because of his "5 Star" rating. Unfortunately, the doctor and his office staff have been a huge disappointment, after numerous broken promises, scheduling delays and cancellations, and literal arguments with the staff and doctor, I will seek out another PCP because this has been a huge waste of time and energy.

Dr Johnson is very caring and knowledgeable. He listens and carefully explains diagnosis and treatment. He's calm and reassuring. Very respectful and rejoices when your health improves. I wish I knew where he's currently practicing. I trusted him and respected his advice. I was very comfortable talking to him.

I'd recommend Dr. Johnson but not Access Health, the Port St. Lucie office staff is a disaster. No one knows how to do their jobs. Was sent away being told they no longer accept my insurance claiming they sent me a letter 3 months ago. Never received such a letter and even spoke to them a week before my appointment and wasn't told of the charges. Do yourself a favor, find another office to deal with!
