I am very happy with the care provided by Dr Mandina. He is attentive, proactive, and genuinely concerned with my health issues, as well as recommending information regarding best was to improve my quality life.

Dr. Mandina is always nice and listens to my concerns. He follows up on any tests and once met me in the ER on a holiday because the ER called him with a question. He goes above and beyond when you really need him!

BEWARE!!! Dr. Mandina is a great doctor but his wife is extremely rude. I went in for a sick visit and she adamantly told me I needed to pay towards my deductible. I called my insurance and they verified that all I had to pay was my co-pay. She refused to call my insurance and wouldn't speak to them on my phone, all in a very rude manner. I will never return there. You're better off going to an office where staff know how to run insurance and treat their patients kindly.

I also laughed when I received a letter in the mail a couple days later saying Mandina could no longer serve as my doctor. I'm ok with that after how badly I was treated by HIS WIFE!

Decent doctor, terrible staff. When you call the office, the phone may have to ring over twenty times before getting answered and even then, you'll be asked to go on hold. The doctor is decent enough but his staff that handles billing is sloppy. It's taken over 90 days to resolve a billing issue and they sent my wife's blood work to an out of network lab. After two years, we will no longer be visiting Dr. Mandina as our family physician. It's too bad since he's not a bad doctor but he does think his office staff is infallible. Just say NO to bad service and look elsewhere.

Great Doctor, very good temperament, easy to answer any questions.

The doctor only saw me for 2 or 3 minutes and did not address my issue. Terrible service. You have to pay extra for his VIP program to get good service.
