Let me start by saying I am a very understanding person. I have worked as a front desk and I have been the one to audit appointments and I currently work for hospitals. Anyways, I had an appointment scheduled for 8/17/22 and It got rescheduled with Dr. Goodman, which was fine. I did get seen on the same day just a different time, GREAT! I also had a appointment somewhere else for an ultrasound. I made sure both facilities had permission to send information to Dr. Goodman's facility. The other facility has sent it twice and I had the medical report HAND DELIVERED and we have yet, over a month later, to be informed by Dr. Goodman and her facility if they have gotten it. I have received literally 0 communication since I've tired to put the effort in getting this report to them. It is unnerving, unprofessional and stressful to be in this situation. I have tried the portal, leaving MULTIPLE voicemail. And nothing. When you have been diagnosed with PCOS you try to avoid stress and this facility has done nothing but give me stress and that is completely NOT OKAY. I am trying to put my health for my family first so we can have children and the stress is going to make it extremely difficult. Needless to say I will not be seeing Dr. Goodman or Steward medical group. Because this left a horrible taste in my mouth and I refused to give my time to someone else there.

Dr. Goodman is always very personable and relaxed when in the room. She doesn’t rush through the appointment and genuinely seems to care about whatever is going on in my life and in my body. The staff is also very helpful, kind and efficient.

Dr Linsey Goodman is a deeply caring physician who is razor focused immediately upon entering the exam room. Her warmth and deep caring approach to your health care is beyond a 10! I know I’m in extremely competent hands whether I’m in for a yearly exam or facing surgical decisions… either way you will not be disappointed with her level of care!

Dr. Lindsay is professional and very caring to her patients. Her office staff is not aware of how to find correct information to give to the patient. I spoke to two office people who where confused about something as simple as calling in a prescription, after calling me to tell me they were going to do so. Wasting my time going to the pharmacy and waiting to find no prescription from the office was ever called in. There are other instances of poor follow up, but I will not take up more space.
