Misdiagnosis to the point of permanent damage. Lack of compassion on top of it all. 3 minutes per patient is his MO.

Treated me for sciatic issues with numerous injections. After no relief, I went to an orthopedic who diagnosed me with a ruptured hamstring with a simple 5 minute exam. Malone doesn’t spend enough time with patients. Cost me a year of my life but he doesn’t really care. 3 minutes per patient is his MO. Sad

Dr Malone is a cut about other pain management doctors u will find. Your treated with compassion and respect. If you have true chronic pain issues you will find no one better

3 minute consults. Dr Malone did repeated injections in my sciatic. Too bad I had a ruptured hamstring. A ruptured hamstring that another Dr diagnosed within minutes. But now it been so long since I tore the hamstring, my treatment options are limited. I heard one of the receptionists tell a trainee “3 minutes per visit”. Total insanity. Not only misdiagnosed but while doing the injections he has no compassion. Talks to the nurses about his college roommate and other personal issues I won’t mention to protect his family. The most pathetic treatment I’ve ever received. And I’m not sure I will physically overcome this because of the delay in treatment.

Dr. Malone has been my pain management doctor for almost 10 years. In my opinion he is an excellent dr. Dr M has always cared very much about my well-being as well as his other patients. I have no idea why he has low reviews, because I have had health problems since I was 15 (I’m 53 now) and I have had more doctors than I can remember. I’ve always been happy with Dr M as a physician and as a person. I recommend him to everyone. His staff is also fantastic. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. I’m so grateful to him with how much he cares about me and how he does everything he can to help me with my pain. I 100% recommend him to everyone!

I was with Dr.Malone for 13 years, I trusted him Completely. I didn’t think I was just a number, I was wrong! The lady’s in office said after I had a test done I was told to go to the office with my medication. That some women comes in 1x month and patients meet with her with their meds. After my testing that lasted 1-2 hrs. I went home. I Don’t remember anyone telling me to go to the office and about this women. In 13yrs I Never Heard about this procedure. Dr.Malone instantly discharged me! I had no idea until the day of my appt with him, I called the office and they told me no you’re discharged. Pretty Shocking! I’m on medication that helps me live. No 1 months worth, while I try to find new doctor Nothing except a Rude tech. **ADVICE BE CAREFUL going thru this last month has been Horrific! He had said he doesn’t do that - just cut you off. Well I can say he Absolutely Does.

The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. They do not follow through on prescriptions and blame the insurance company for delay, which in all incidents were not true and well documented by the insurance provider. Dr. Malone is very rushed and does not provide the quality of care that would be expected. Additionally, he refuses to see patients that are reduced to tears because of their pain. I dumbfounded by his inability to handle the emotional responses of patients that have chronic pain. If you are thinking of seeing him, please do your research with the FL Dept of Health as there have been concerning past issues.
