If you are on Medicare Health Insurance do not go to this office, they do not want you. Medicare is put at the end of the list to be seen, even if you are sick. I was told by the front staff, it was a 6-8 week wait regardless of my health condition.

Dr.Prinsen is AWESOME. She takes her time with you and really listens to what you share with her. She's very caring and has a GREAT bedside manner. And the Staff..Skokie and Lisa and ALL of them are WONDERFUL. I would refer them to everyone.

Yes! She was our Dr & then moved to WelMed & sadly our insurance wasn't accepted any longer. She was the very best Dr in Sebastian, FL.

First I have to say that at least one of the front desk ladies are always rude on the phone and I feel like she always has an attitude- when I asked for the office manager she said she wasn't in the office. I have been a patient of Dr. Prinsen for over 3 years now and unfortunately, though I feel like in the past she listened to me and took her time, now I feel like all my appointments are rushed and I'm not being heard. I left my last appointment feeling like it was time to switch doctors, which was extremely saddening to me. The nurse there is great and always extremely friendly but it seems like this practice is going to be going down unless something is changed.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our PCP, the facility and it's staff. Dr. Prinsen is an excellent physician. She is very patient and attentive to our needs. Her nurse Lisa is as professional and compassionate as Dr. Prinsen. They are a great team. We love them! Any wait is well worth it!
