Glad I chose this Vero Beach clinic. The service was professional and speedily. Every person I encountered from check in to Francis the nurse and Cleveland the PA were very competent and answered all my questions.

Don’t bother making an appointment still over an hour and a half wait. No air conditioning in the waiting room. If have an emergency don’t waste your time.

Medexpress Vero Beach: If you go anywhere between 7 and 7:30pm, don’t expect to be cared about or get any problems you have fixed. *I had an appointment for 7:30.* I went in there for a horrible headache I was experiencing for 5 days as well as a stomach ache and dizziness. I had a bit of a fever and took a flu test. It came back negative. I also took an at home covid test and it was also negative. The Dr. (I didn’t get his name) diagnosed me with dehydration by just looking at my tongue. (Very inaccurate especially since I take medications that cause dry mouth) He was talking really fast, I couldn’t even processes what was being told to me. I felt as if he was making fun of me at some points. I felt invalidated and felt like I was wasting people’s time. Looked at my phone as soon as I went to sign out and it was 7:55. All started to make sense. He was rushing me out because he wanted to go home. I made an appointment. I was asking for help. You took an oath to help people. SO HELP THEM. I was ended up being misdiagnosed. (Won’t go into detail) The receptionist tho? Omg she was an absolute sweet heart. I don’t remember her name but she was so kind to me and made me feel comfortable. ❤️ So yeah it doesn’t matter if you schedule an appointment, they will rush you out and not take you seriously.

Quantity over quality. They are more worried about billing your insurance than actually helping you. Would not recommend

The facility was spacious, orderly, and clean. Receptionist pleasant and efficient. Didn’t wait too long before I met with the provider in hand and he was adorable! Cleaveland is his name, and he was professional and caring and explained very clearly the issue and what to do about it. Called my prescription in and it was ready when I got to the pharmacy. I’m so glad to have discovered MedExpress!
