I had been trying to find a family physician to establish care since I arrived in Vero Beach 4 years ago. Dr Dean took me right away and got right to work on my case. I had wrestled with several health issues over the past decade. After 2 visits and extensive blood work she diagnosed my core issue-a severe allergy to gluten. She prescribed custom vitamin blends and took me off all gluten and all gluten substitutes. In 5 weeks I have lost 15 pounds and 5.25” off my stomach. All of the inflammatory issues and auto-immune issues that have plagued me for 10 years seem to all be quieting down. I have hope again. I had forgotten what it feels like to feel good physically. Dr Dean is exceptional, both as a person and a physician. Her expertise in both traditional medicine and holistic medicine sets her way apart from other practitioners. And her easy-going nature and sense of humor make you want to take her home and keep her forever. I just love her! 🤗

Your staff and you, at Dean Wellness Institute is amazing! Right when I walked in Brandi greeted me with her bright smile. I am so happy that everyone is so intelligent and efficient. The entire group helped me with aesthetic medicine and my hormone replacement treatments.

I highly recommend Dean Wellness Institute. If you are looking for a doctor to treat and correct the cause of your symptoms rather than simply prescribing drugs to mask the symptoms, then this is the place for you. The focus here is on keeping you healthy. The staff is friendly and responsive and Dr. Dean is the best!

Saw Dr. Dean for suspected low testosterone. She ran tests and discovered I was lacking. She took the time to discuss the why's and what for's and recommended a supplement and I have felt much better since. Highly recommend Dr. Dean!

Dr. Dean is terrific! Always nice and cordial, sincerely cares about how you're feeling, both physically and mentally. I am comfortable sharing, as she has a way of always making me feel better after my visit. I'm a stickler about recommending someone to friends and acquaintances, but I have no hesitancy referring folks to Dr. Melissa!

I have been seeing Dr Dean for several years. I have always found her staff and office approachable. They do not accept insurance, which they let you know up front.
