The few times I was actually sick, the office would not schedule me an appointment. I was instructed to take the covid test, not once, but twice. After confirming the tests were negative, an appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks later. I had to go to urgent care as I stated I was sick. I had a terrible sinus infection. What's the point in having a doctor when you can't see them. She also prescribed medications that was detrimental to my health. I had health issues that were never resolved. Fortunately, I didn't need referrals so I was able to find other doctors to help with my serious health issues. Not impressed.

I will forever be grateful to Dr Merida she identified my illness when I was about to lose hope.. That was the first day I met her after running test and on the correct medication I am a lot better and made progress. Best Dr ever I will miss her since she move. Best of everything in your new venture.

She use to be a wonderful doctor, but she drank the Steward cool-aid. She's gone to the other side, the dark side. She use to listen & care, now she's on that get them in & out deal. Time is money. It's a shame, I trusted her & liked her. I hope she never has to be treated badly by Dr.s when she's having, maybe hormonal issues or worse.

I tested positive for COVID on Christmas Eve 2022. I knew there was a script you could get to ease the symptoms. I called Dr Merida and she called us right back. She sent a prescription in to our pharmacy that day and we’re able to get it the day after Christmas. My partner tested positive a couple days later and we called her again. She was quick to respond and the script was sent in. Little did we know, until my next check up…that when we called her on Christmas Day, Dr. Merida was a patient in the hospital herself, in pain and working from a laptop to care for her patients during a holiday! This goes above and beyond, and I can’t thank her enough for her dedication. Thank you Dr. Merida! We love you!

I would not recommend this practice, the woman who answered the phone was very abrasive and rude. I cancelled 2 appointments 2 years ago (with ample notice, mind you!) and woman said "Doc won't see you anymore!" I'm a doctor myself and find this philosophy appalling. There are too many physicians in town to choose from, I will gladly take my healthcare elsewhere.

Dr. Merida is extremely thorough and kind and shows genuine concerns about your health and healthcare,I feel so fortunate to have found a Doctor who I am confident will always have my best interest in making my health a priority. Her enthusiasm and young age are the perfect combination.
