She is great. I have had over 12 MOHS surgeries (I have special issues) and have received excellent treatment. She is direct, for sure, and does not waste time on small talk. The PAs are very good and listen to anthing I have to say.

Same experience as another. Didn't talk to me, and while examining my face (I was told no talking due to mask being off, understandably) blasted something cold in two places. Never explained what she was doing, nor did she explain any type of care after I asked what it was (once mask back on). Zero interest in me as a person. So worried about how quickly she could get out of the room she didn’t listen to my concerns. Hurried through the exam so quickly she didn’t even complete the treatment properly.

I found a small lump on my nose and Dr. Srivastava biopsied it and found Basel Carcinoma. Needless to say I wasn't happy that it was right in the middle of my face, and I asked her if I should go to a plastic surgeon. She said she didn't recommend it because of the Mohs surgery and told me she would do a good job. Well she wasn't exaggerating. Less than a month later you can barely see the scar, and that's saying a lot since the hole in my nose was pretty big. She's not only a top qualified Mohs surgeon, she also has a great bedside manner and is very caring and patient answering questions. I called before the surgery with some questions and she called me herself. I was impressed all around. And her staff is great too.

I have complete trust in Dr and her nurses. I’ve been going there for years. Wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else . Dr is very knowledge and kind , front desk staff is efficient and friendly . 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Exams are way too fast. Problems presented are brushed off quickly. I should have seen the physician instead of the NP.

Both my husband and I go to Dr. Monika. She is Educated at all the finest institutions in the country. Very thorough, she has picked up on skin cancers on both of us, including melanoma on my husband. She has amazing eyes. I would recommend her to anyone.

This was the worst dermatologist experience I have ever had.I would give zero stars by the fact that she stayed in my room 3 minutes. My primary doctor gave me a prescription explaining my skin problem, which I tried to give to her & did not even look at it. I told her to look at the spots on my face, without looking at my face, she said "ok buy Ambi in cvs 7$" I also told her I had an allergy & she did even look at it- instead she told her assistant to prescribe some cream & left the room.

Dr. Monika Srivastava has performed a number of mohs surgeries on my face, arms, and legs. She is a highly skilled, compassionate physician, I would highly recommend her. She takes her time, her examinations are thorough rather than rushed and I always felt confident in her care.
