I call and call and call and get no answers. I have left multiple voice messages with my name and phone number letting them know i NEED AN APPOINTMENT! It's one week later and i never received a call back! I have an ear ache that during the time i have been calling to make an appointment, has spread down my neck, and now to my other ear. I need to see a Doctor ASAP and after going to Doctor Fredrick Baker for 20 years, i will now be saying Goodbye! I am now looking for a new Doctor not associated with the Cleveland Clinic. Cleveland Clinic seems to train their staff not to answer the phones. Ridiculous!

Dr Baker is smart, kind, knowledgeable and takes an interest in the whole body. Mental health included. She’s also a big advocate for mental health. Her and her staff do not look down on you if you have mental health problems. She and her staff are very professional.

This office never follows up or gets back to you. I went for a year and never got a chance to see Dr Baker (she was too busy). I had to work with Mark... not sure if he is a doctor. Finally had to switch to actually get the help I needed. Would not recommend if you need to see an actual Doctor.

Never met Dr Baker always seen by PA Sultzman. Reason I left is mainly because one member of the front office has a know it all attitude and is very rude. Second they are very pricey. Sent me a bill for $3.21. I guess they couldn’t wait till the next appointment to get their money. Also very difficult to actually talk to a person when you call on the phone because they are very automated. Takes a couple days for them to reply to your message you left. Lastly when you’re billed it’s it’s difficult to no exactly what you’re paying for because it’s not stated because it’s grouped together. You can find a better a better family practice even if you are new to the area as my wife and I.
