Dr Sharak listened to my concerns. Was very thorough. He explained my test results in a way that was easy to understand. He has a gentle way about him and a lovely sense of humor. I trust his judgement and would have no hesitation in talking with him about any issues or fears I have.

I have worked in health care for over 30 years. I am an APRN/CNM. He is a great cardiologist. He is thorough, smart, and explains the results of past testing, current testing and involves me in the plan for the future. He LISTENS to me. I highly recommend Dr Sharak as a cardiologist.

Dr. Sharak is amazing!! Listens, explains and clarifies everything perfectly! However the reception staff is rude and very vague got an appointment canceled on this Friday and wasn’t told it was only for one of the testings but told it was because they don’t do testing on Friday anymore. However then I get a call today saying I missed my appointment on Friday at 4:30. Lady was rude and very unprofessional. Would love to speak to somebody a little higher up.

I have been a nurse for over 43 years and specialized in cardiology both in the hospital, private practice and stress testing center, for the largest portion of my career. Dr Sharak was not only pleasant and professional but very thorough and knowledgeable. He did a thorough intake and evaluation with physical exam and discussed his recommendations and my options and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking the highest quality of cardiac care. We are lucky to have him as part of the Cleveland Clinic group!!

As an RN I am in the Cleveland clinic Indian River hospital with Dr.Sharek as my hospital cardiologist. He is most knowledgeable, kind and caring to me and very understanding on how to treat my extremely difficult pneumonia infection and Cardiac Failure. I attribute my recovery so far with his medical decisions. I recommend him to all cardiac patients in need for an excellent Dr.
