The bureaucracy surrounding Orlando Health made me feel like a complete number or $$. The Dr is saw was unprepared, actually asking what i was there for that day and not being able to find tests results (he ordered) in the system. I checked with the lab and the results were in the system and the results faxed 60 days before my appt - just sloppy. You cannot contact the Dr office directly, having to go through their operations which misdirected call regularly while telling you repeatedly how import you call is - really? The only regular calls I got were from the billing department who found the time to call weekly. If you want a health care provider that seems to care go elsewhere- your life may depend on it!
It's a first class operation of Dr. Van Den Berg, his staff, and their testing and diagnostics.
My husband had a 3:15 appt. We were not seen and had to walk out at 4:55 due to other obligations and the only thing the MA (Amy)said to us was "well sorry". This is a cardiologist not a pcp. Amy took his bp it was through the roof 189/93. You'd think they would have followed up on him knowing it was gonna take that long-They allowed him to sit there for almost 2 hrs didn't come check on him- offer a cup of water or even tell us the dr. Was backed up(which there was no on in the waiting room). I love Orlando Health and hate that this Dr. Is affiliated with them. Dr. Larry Feeachi Jr. 17000 porter rd. Suite 201 Winter garden, FL
The facility Is very nice and clean, it was pleasant to visit. My visit with Dr. Einhorn went well, it was the first time here seeing him. An encounter with a particular nurse there was unprofessional. She was unknowledgeable and appeared to be very inattentive, almost annoyed I was there. She had red colored hair. This visit would have been much more pleasant if it wasn't for the poor experience I had with the nurse. My follow up appointment is a ways away but I hope it will be better next time, I'd like to continue here.
The situation at Orlando Heart Institute that sours me on it is two-pronged. I'm on my 3rd cardiologist now, 2nd pulmonologist. I lost one cardiologist, Dr. Robt. Dalton, due to a horrific auto accident OHI had nothing to do with but then the 2nd cardiologist, Dr. Ashish Gupta was suddenly moved out to Winter Garden - which worked great actually as we just had moved out there - until he just disappeared with no explanation, no warning. I am now to see a Dr. Kurup. My Pulmonologist initially was Dr. Jason Stansberry, but he left to eventually end up at Advent Health, leaving me to find a Dr. Vollenweider. I can work with these changes but lately the OHI parking garage has been impossible to find parking inside. I missed my last pulmonology appt as the garage was filled all the way to having no spaces even in the 6th floor. They waste numerous spaces on the 2nd floor providing wheel chair van access for all their handicapped spaces and fine you $35 if you park in the cross-hatched spaces. Far, far too much valuable space is sacrificed needlessly. There just are too many folks parking in this garage so that patients trying to see their doctors have a fit trying to fit in somewhere. The hospital valet parking needs its own garage. The cancer center needs elsewhere to park. I am trying to bail out to another dr. because after driving all the way in from Winter Garden I don't want to have to spend half an hour circling the damned garage.
My husband see's Dr. Schroff at one of the satellite offices in the Dr. Phillip's area, on Stonerock Circle. They are very attentive, empathetic, and professional. They are taking good care of my boo, and his heart.
Dr David Bello saved my life twice. Once by placing a Pace Maker implanted into my chest for my heart. The second time, I died during surgery, and if I did not have this Pace Maker I would not be here today. He is a very friendly doctor. He listens to your concerns, and ensures all your questions are answered. He even provided medications for me such as B-12 to help with my energy levels. I would recommend after the appointment to walk out of the office verses wait to make an appointment. It takes too long to do it in the office. On the phone, it just takes a few minutes. They have never penalize me for doing this. I have PTSD and the wait really gets to me. Dr Bello specialize in a particular heart condition which I have (sorry I can not remember). If you can see him. He ranks as one of the BEST doctor's in Orlando!! My service dog Iago loves the way he is treated at this clinic. They even have offered water for him before. He accepted --- now that is great customer service! :)
Dr. Einhorn is a good doctor, however, ever since the group joined OrlandoHealth, I can never support them again. Their prices for a five minute visit are outrageous and when I made a payment toward the bill, the billing department LOST IT, Humphrey was suppose to investigate, instead I received a collection notice. Unless I am bleeding out and I have seconds to live and I am next to OrlandoHealth, I would have to think before I would go. Going to Advent Health!
I was referred to Dr. Einhorn from a physician while I was inpatient. I had my follow up visit and was absolutely mortified by how I was treated. The nursing staff was completely unprofessional and playing around in the hallways. The doctor came in to see me and it was so obvious that he knew nothing about me and had not taken the time to read my chart at all prior to meeting me. He kept saying "we'll get you back on your meds" even though I kept repeating I had never been on any medications prior. I was asked if I had any breathing issues even though I'm wearing a ventilator and have a very noticeable tracheotomy in my neck. I felt so worried, unsafe, and pressured leaving his visit. I was told to rush and buy a "LifeVest" because I could die at any time. He provided no reasoning behind his recommendations, and was in such a rush that he didn't even answer any questions. I'm sure he a great physician to some but he was not to me. I will not ever return and I would never recommend him or his staff to anyone.
Dr. Lephran was okay. No where did the staff go over pricing, even when asked. Instead of doing things at one visit, they had me keep coming back multiple times, which cost more money. The staff was not respectful of my time and made me late for other appointments and didn't even apologize, even after I informed them of this. They also didn't respect my reasonable requests regarding modesty. After, I got a couple of bills for over $100, I was okay with that. Now I'm getting bills for over $1,000 for an EKG and over $600 for a stress test. All to find out I'm fine and no need for any of this to begin with. They have on their website "transparency pricing" but staff never gave me any info when asked and none of the conditions listed on their "pricing guide" were relevant to my situation. I will not go back or recommend them. RIP OFF.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
