You KILLED my wife you left her for 5 days with no medical care, I found her on day 5 and begged for a Doctor. No Doctor, nurse said we will run some tests. She was already in a coma. Came back on day six and had to fight with staff to get a Dr. I found your Dr on phone at a desk and yelled and made him come to her room, he saw her and he called an ambulance.....way to late....You could have saved her she did not have to die....NO MEDICAL ATTENTION NO TREATMENT......I will spend all my days to get you investigated and go after your license. You are a DISGRACE

This place is terrible! Almost killed my father in law. He was there for 30 days and they never bathed him. He wasn't changed regularly and had horrendous sores that needed daily medical treatment because of it. His health has improved drastically after leaving this facility. This place is a death sentence!!!

If you love someone, don't send them here. My father had black and blues and it was 3 hours past when he was due for morphine and he finally got it only because we were checking on it so he suffered for 3 hours. Sorry he ever was there!

Not to fast to answer call light been pushing mine for 30 minutes nowthis place is a joke! ??only one pack of wipes to share with the whole floor? One blue pad left and have to save it for bedtime REALLY?i agree the food stinks! 2 of the cnas actually know what they are doing we would like to speak to upper management

Very bad place, my husbands mom was in there, wish he would have taken her out still hurts me to this day, please do not let a loved one stay here, this was some 10 yrs.ago but i think about it to this day, very sad, i do not want a repley to this you know what your doing to people, may God have mercy on you people.

My mom has been at Palm Gardens for a year and a half. Her care has been great. The staff is very patient with her. As she further declines with Alzheimer’s it is nice to know my mom is being cared for by people who are knowledgeable and caring.
