It's impossible to over estimate the quality of this medical & surgical office. They are a serious rare breed. The staff, on all levels (from the moment you enter the lobby, all the way through the office), is personable, professional and highly competent. Dr Rosato is a unique doctor. His perspective, evaluations, clarity, and most of all, his exceptional competence, is evident at all times, regardless of the level of the medical complexity he's deciding. The community is fortunate to have this high level of competence & care available to them.

I had been a patient of Dr. Ralph Rosato for ALMOST 20 years. I had trusted him with multiple concerns to which I was happy with my results. Last December 2020 after saving all year working extra hours, I had my most invasive/extensive procedures/two areas done. Upon my post op I expressed my concern that one procedure showed NO changes (no bruising, no sutures, no suture removal, no evaluation for possible infection) he dismissed my comment immediately and went to the other obvious area to evaluate incisions!!!! I never had to open the required post op medication for said area that had no changes. Dr. Rosato did not once evaluate the post operative healing (not 24 hours, not a week, not months later)of said area. This procedure that showed “no changes”was $2300.00 not including anesthesiologist and surgery room! After almost 20 years as a patient I will no longer see Dr. Rosato for any further treatment. I’m happy to share pre operative and daily post operative photos if requested!!! Sure the staff was professional and office clean; it will take another 45 hours a week for a month to save and pay another plastic surgeon to DO this procedure.

I went to Dr.Rosato for a scar revision from an injury as a child, the results were phenomenal . Dr.Rosato and his staff were all amazing! Everyone was very accommodating and informative. I highly recommend this office for any of your plastic surgery needs!

Kind, caring staff - kind caring doctor. I had reconstruction surgery with this fabulous team that offers all aesthetic procedures as well and has his own operating room and anesthesiologist for the ultimate in privacy and care. This doctor is the best you can do for any type of reconstructive or aesthetic surgery. He is a talented and skilled surgeon.

He was supposedly to do Mohs surgery on me. But he tuck one big chunk out and sent me on my way. I would not recommend him.
