Dr Richard Penly is an excellent physician whom I have seen for a number of years. He has always been able to diagnose and clarify my symptoms quickly, outline the best treatment options, and discuss the pros and cons. He answers questions intelligently, clearly, and kindly. Most important to me, he treats me as an individual rather than according to protocols and a formula.

Just don't let your husband upset the receptionist. You & every member of your family will receive a certified letter banning you from the entire practice permanently. Even 92 yo Mom. I recommend making several copies of everything, because they won't have it at your next visit, repeatedly. And for God's sake, don't argue with the receptionist. I would and have before given Dr. Penly a 5 and considered him a friend.

If you want a Google search dr. Then dr Richard penlyis for you. He will Google search your symptoms, right in front of you. Then guess which prescription to give you. Went in 6 times, an all 6 times, Google search an, let's try this. An if you say anything about it, they will patient abandonment your entire family without notice.

I have several health issues, and Dr. Penly is on top of every problem, working closely with the specialists I work with. That gives me a huge sense of comfort.

Dr. Penly has been the Primary Care Dr. for my wife and I for ten years now. I cannot recommend him more highly than I do. If they had six stars, he would get them. He is knowledgeable and spends an unusul amount of time with his patients, always willing to answer questions and provide explinations. Despite other comments re his nursing staff, we have never found them to be other than fully professional.
