I had a reverse shoulder replacement and a total knee replacement, all by Dr Steinfeld. I couldn’t have asked for better care and expertise in this field. The post and pre-physical therapies provided there as well are excellent. I compare my experience here with others I have had in other states. I would highly recommend Dr. Steinfeld and his excellent and compassionate care.

By far the most irresponsible clinical staff I have ever experienced. I was told incorrect estimates out of pocket, my positive MRI for meniscus tear was not addressed for months after an incorrect diagnosis was told to me by Dr. Steinfeld as the cause of my pain. He did not even stick around to discuss my surgery post op, but left it to a nurse to provide minimal information. No follow up scheduled or suggested PT. I was told my out of pocket expenses on the surgeons part would be $800-900 and just received a bill for $3500. As a healthcare provider I would not work for a place like this or allow myself ever again to be treated by a group like this. I am actually shocked at the way this clinic functions.

Dr Steinfeld completed a full hip replacement for me in Feb, 2021. I had been in tremendous pain for 2.5 months prior and consulted with 2 other doctors. I found the office staff to be caring and concerned. The scheduling was straight forward and they worked out all the insurance issues without me having to get involved. The team at Grove Place surgery center was very professional and put me at ease. For the week after the surgery, Dr. Steinfeld's nurse, Nicki either visited my home or called-in addition to the nurse and PT from VNA. Subsequently, i have been doing PT at their office. I have never had a better medical experience and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Steinfeld and his team.

I called Dr. Steinfelds office to get a referral for a back problem that I have and spoke to Chelsea and she sent my MRI info to the surgeon and then transferred me to someone else to make and appointment for Dr. Steinfeld and She gave me an appointment for 7/13/2020 at 8:15 am . I went in on that date and they did not have an appointment for me. I do not know if this is because I had a surgery scheduled for my spine at a neurosurgeons and the lady that schedules the surgery did not do her job. I do not know if these are related or not but I feel it is to much of a coincidence. I feel that I must have made somebody mad when I told the lady at the surgeons office that I did not want to reschedule because I did not trust them to fix my back if they could not even schedule the procedure. I feel that these are related. I do not have a problem with Dr. Steinfeld as he has done surgeries on my hand and been very good.

I had a hip replacement last week. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Steinfeld and his team. His nursing staff (esp Nurse Nikki) is the best. Even the PT service he recommended was awesome. But Dr. Steinfeld was certainly the right doctor for me. Pre surgery he (and his staff) were very helpful and supportive. Although I had a short pre-op time, I was well prepared. The surgery went great, thanks to Dr. Steinfeld, and recovery has exceeded all my expectations. I've seen comments about his bedside manner - I was fine with it - he is informative and to the point and in my opinion, a great surgeon. That's what's important to me. I definitely recommend Dr. Steinfeld if you have hip problems. I feel very blessed to have found him.

Wouldn't send my dog to these money hungry fools, they wanted me to go in for a injury that I had before and rehurt my self in the place, never asked me if I had covid 19 but wanted me to come in and pay for a appointment and what ever else instead of giving me prednisone and celebrex like I had last time. Just money hungry fools. I wouldn't bring my dog there
