In retrospect, I shouldn’t have been charged for this visit. I understand the value of the dr’s time; my time is worth something, too. I felt a second consult was key as I left my appointment thinking we were doing my right knee while the office had me set up for the left. I needed clarity due to miscommunication. Also, while I understand the challenges of scheduling (I myself am responsible for the schedules of two Deputy County Administrators), I still see no reason why the hospital was not made aware of my schedule change more than 5 weeks after I changed my surgery date. That mishap cost me time and money. I hope you will consider a refund of the cost of this last visit. Thank you.

This was my first visit with Dr. Robinson, and I was totally happy with his kindness and knowledge. My right hip had been causing a tremendous amount of pain, to the point of needing a rolling walker to get around. In discussing the pros and cons I know that I've made the right choice to go ahead with surgery. I began making arrangements for a total replacement of my right hip. I am 100% certain that I've made the best choice in selecting Dr. Robinson as my Orthopaedist. My surgical date is November 10th and I can hardly wait to have this procedure. This is a follow-up to my last post. I had my right hip replaced on 11/10/2021, and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Robinson and Worth were wonderful and the surgery went quite smoothly. The surgery was at Grove Place Surgical Center, and everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I just had my three month follow-up and I am doing terrific. I could barely walk before the surgery and now I'm walking normally. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson and his staff for any of your Orthopaedic needs!

The doctor is extremely professional and takes the time to assess and the explain the nature of the problem and the treatment options that are available, The staff is caring and invested in providing good care. High tech environment with old school values . Highly recommended

I had a good ONE YEAR check up after knee replacement and felt confidant to now go for three years before a new one is needed. He also clarified the use of antibiotics when seeing a dentist.

The staff were very helpful and Dr. Robinson was truly practical, understanding, and professional.

Thankfully I never made it to surgery here. After a scheduling mishap that resulted in unnecessarily missed work and income, and a lack of prep details that forced me to reschedule surgery, I booked a second consult to give this office the opportunity to respond professionally and care-fully. Instead I left with excuses at how busy scheduling is. Also neither the dr’s notes nor my X-rays reflected my pre-stated need for guidance Re: which knee should go first. Incomplete X-rays were taken of my right, the dr suggested right first because of a unique issue there and advised me how much time before I could drive, I prepped for right (at very least 4 weeks out of the office due to no driving), yet the hospital, and the dr at my 2nd return, had me down for left. All that said, while the errors inspired questioning, they were easily reparable. Their responses informed my opinion here. Misinformed staff = lack of adequate training, lack of empathy = poor customer service, and an overall lack of taking responsibility by staff and dr. were all evident.
