I had sugery some months ago, penile implant, i can't thank DR Mason enough for putting that spark back in my Marriage, we could not be more SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME. thank you DR Mason .

Dr. Mason is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and funny during our visit. He was able to ease my husband's concerns and provide a "light" at the end of the tunnel for his issues. I would highly recommended him to all!!!!

If you are a woman, I’d advise you to stay away from this Dr. I was seeing the nurse practitioner Kendall Wyckoff for pelvic organ prolapse. I am a 68 yr old woman. During my appointment and after researching this subject, I mentioned to Ms Wyckoff that I think I had a rectocele which was giving me issues and could this also be part of the problem. She said Dr Mason was the doctor who treats problem and suggested him for a consult. I agreed trusting her judgement. What a mistake. Dr Mason interrogated me on dietary habits, lectured me on the glycemic index, questioned medications and diagnoses my endocrinologist and mental health dr made before addressing the medical issues I had. I have an extremely difficult time losing weight. I suffer from Hypothyroidism, take meds that cause weight gain. He body shamed me. He suggested a surgery no longer effective or used anymore. He is rude. Demeaning. I am under care of caring knowledgeable uro-gynecologist at Orlando Health! No surgery yet

I am writing this more on his staff then Dr. Mason himself, though in the end he did contribute nothing. Terrible staff on calling back, setting up appointments, and seeing Dr. Mason, I had a life threatening issue on Friday, had to have a catheter put in , my ER doc wanted me to be seen within a few days, these people wanted me to wait over a week for appointment then be seen by nurse practitioner. In my 65 years have never dealt with a more unprofessional group, thank God i found another urologist, because if Dr mason practices like his office is run, it would not be good.

Dr.Manson is a great doctor,very polite and I had surgery on Thursday and it was great. I would tell people about him in a year beat.

After second surgery with Dr Mason, he still has yet to accomplish much. I realize the 2nd surgery to correct the 1st surgery was done durian a time of COVID and he may have been more than distracted. However, the results are less than satisfactory - in other words, I wouldn’t recommend Mason

Would not recommend ..misdiagnosed and definitely worse off now than prior to seeing Mason

Excellent Health Care provider!!! Dr. Mason and his staff are exceptional. I’ve visited the office multiple times and was seen promptly. Dr. Mason and his team have great bedside manner and they took the time and consideration to ease anxiety before, during, and after my procedure. Would highly recommend !!!

5 STARS _ EXCELLENT Professional and Healthcare Provider. He has been treating my 92 yr old Father. Has performed surgery. and Follow up care. He has a wonderful bedside manner. His ARNP Nicole is also stellar. Very Professional and welcoming - other doctors have been "on call during hospitalizations" and have performed 5 star Urology consultative service and explanations
