Never see the doctor - always a nurse or PA

First time my mother saw this doctor she waited in the exam room for an hour and 35 minutes. Dr. Kirby came in - no apology for running late and no introduction either. Second "visit" was a Telemedicine call.....rather, was supposed to be one. My 92 year old mother waited by her phone for an hour and 10 minutes. Nobody called her even to say Dr. Kirby was running late. She finally gave up. Unbelievable and, more importantly, Unacceptable.

After having my mother wait an HOUR and 35 MINUTES she didn't even acknowledge the EXTREMELY long wait my elderly mother had just endured. She didn't introduce herself either, she just started talking. She did answer questions and explained the treatment plan fairly well. It just would have been nice to have that extensive wait time acknowledged. The staff was great. After my mother waited close to an hour Raechel came in and talked with her explaining Dr. Kirby was running behind. She was great and reassuring, even offered some water! - thank you Raechel!

Dr. Suzanne Kirby completely failed us a caregiver and as a Doctor. She did not show interest or care to explore my condition which was later diagnosed as a rare form of cancer. She was habitually late, unprepared, and uninterested in my long term condition. She wasted many months of my life not doing her job as a doctor and caregiver. Please avoid her at all costs.

I had a wonderful experience with Suzanne Kirby. She was knowledgeable, honest and sincere. Very sad that she left Vero Beach, FL. Ren R., Vero Beach, FL

Dr. Kirby is outstanding Doctor. She spent a Full hour with me on my first visit. I was recently diagnosed with two types of cancer. She took the time to listen as well as examine and explain in detail my disease, prognosis, and treatment plan.. The staff was friendly and helpful. A nurse navigator assigned to me sat in on my appointments with Dr. Kirby. She helped in many ways to arrange for Care with another cancer specialist. Overall my experience was truly positive with Dr. Kirby and the Scully Welsh Cancer center

This rating system is not accurate. I rate the DOCTOR only and not the facility as they are sometimes correlated but many times NOT. Flawed revier system I give this doctor personally a FIVE all day long no matter what your stats say and equate to! Big difference!.

I am very sad to see Dr. Kirby relocate out if Cary. She is one of my favorite doctors ever. Just heartbroken over missing her care.

Staff is some of the rudest I have ever been around. They care more about socializing among themselves than the patients. I have heard multiple privacy violations in this office including them giving a patient lab results in the waiting room. The nursing staff does not return calls with patient labs in a timely manner and I assuming this patient stopped in when they could not receive labs over the phone. I would not recommend this clinic.
