My first time staff friendly on phone and in person. Met with Dr. Laura Scott she took a lot of time talking with me about my health concerns and created a plan with Dr Lewis and also arranged referrals to other physicians regarding issues not related to their office.I am not an easy patient and I don't trust many healthcare providers. This was a very pleasant experience.

What is obvious is that this doctor is only in it for the money, very specific insurance only and not one Medicare patient.

they always waste my time with quest diagnostics saying they send it in but it never goes through, they also suck at calling in prior to your appointment

Dr. Lewis has provided me with outstanding medical care for a variety of ailments. He displays a genuine concern and takes the time necessary to explain procedures, diagnostic results, treatment options, and possible effects. Dr. Lewis is very knowledgeable and orders exams appropriately. He has a friendly staff and I feel fortunate to have Dr. Lewis as my primary physician.

Dr Lewis is personable but doesn’t really listen to his patients. He shoots from the hip with his prescription allocation sometimes relying on a single blood test. After seeing his nurse practitioner and in between appointments his office calls and tells me they no longer accept my Aetna insurance. So I will be billed for an out of network visit. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Peter Stevens

I absolutely love Dr Lewis. I have been going to him since I was 16 years old. He is the only Dr in this town who I trust and believe have my best efforts in mind.

They schedule you an appointment 6 months out but, don't call the day prior to your appointment to confirm. When you miss the appointment they call immediately asking why you didn't show then bill you 50.00 for being a no-show. Bad business, if you can call me to ask why I didn't show you could have called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I work in a medical facility, we confirm all of our appointments.
