My insurance says that he is accepting new patients so I called and left a message since it went to voicemail. No one ever called back, this happened two more times. Gonna go with someone else I guess. If you’re not accepting new patients at least respond to voicemail and let them know. Your office is really unprofessional and has left me with a bad impression. Do better.

Had my yearly appointment, Walk in and they tell me that Doctor Cocks has not worked Fridays for 5 to 6 months. No confirmation phone call the day before or to reschedule. The sad thing is that I walked in 1mnth ago to see when my appt was and they didn't tell me then.

Dr Tim Cocks is very thorough and knowledgeable. He's able to refer to top-of-the-line doctors if need be and most of all takes great care of my parents. If Dr Cocks is not available I schedule an appointment with his co worker, nurse practitioner Dustin Swan.

Doctor Tim is awesome. If you're looking for a good GP. However, his office is a nightmare. Good luck getting a phone call though or fixing a prescription which is all the time.

He doesn't care about you he cares about money. demanding endless tests for things that have nothing to do with why you are there. He doesn't keep notes on you, he doesn't care, every visit you are a blank slate and more demanded tests. it's all about money.

It's extremely hard to get a hold of the office staff. We waited over two weeks for a referral to a specialist because the referral lady was out of the office and no one is cross trained to be able to take care of it.
