I’m pregnant and have a very bad dental emergency I called every month for 4 months now just to be told they aren’t even seeing anyone until 2 months away, kinda felt like I was being lied too, anyways this is the only dentist office in my COUNTY that takes my insurance 🙄so I guess I’ll sit and suffer

1 star is too high, hours on hold, hours and hours on hold, effing joke but the only place that will take my ins

Nobody in dental answers the phone. Ridiculous business practices. When I call around them after twenty minutes of ringing somebody picked up the phone laughing and put me right back into the loop that ends nowhere. Obviously they don’t want any business. Government funded foolishness is what we can all expect in the new socialized world of healthcare.

The dentist at this location is awesome, she does really good work, she is gentle and kind and quite honestly too good for this place! (hence the two stars) Unfortunately, her staff is rude and condescending and treat people like a number. They make sure to let you know your schedule and what you've got going on in your life means nothing because you are poor and on Medicaid. They like to talk down to you, tell you how busy they and they don't have time to deal with you! They also like to schedule 3 separate appointments for your family on different days of the same week!  When you call and ask one of those appointments to be moved to the same day so you and your kid can come in together, they really treat you like a number and they'll ban you for 6 months from making any subsequent appointments! (After all your just another person who can't afford insurance)The woman with the nasaly voice who answers the phone and does scheduling is rotten and is sure to make you feel like your a piece of trash by the end of the conversation! Don't go here if you intend to work a job! It's a full time job getting to each separate appointment they schedule you and no they do not care if you work or have other things going, because you are just another poor person with a 45 minute window and they don't really want you there anyways! The doctor deserves 4-5 stars the staff behind the phone and desk deserve ZERO.

Bad service I was waiting hours for a toothache and they did not take care of me

They will not answer their phones! How frustrating!

Dr McAndrew is awesome. He's very understanding and patient. Also Dr Christine is great with my kids. They're two of the best dentists I've met so far.

AWFUL! a pulled tooth got infected and it turned into a sinus infection, furthermore these people kept pulling the healthier teeth and ignoring the bad one.

I haven't been to a dentist in a long while. The staff front and back are friendly make you comfortable. For the first time in a dental chair I was actually relaxed. I didn't feel any pain during or after procedure.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Both office clerks are extremely friendly, and Tadd Richards the hygienist is very nice! I originally went there just to get one filling and Dr. Christine Marijanovic and her assistant got two done for me, I thank them all for helping get my teeth fixed!
