Worst healthcare I have ever known. And the biggest problem is...they couldn't care less. Patient care is rushed. Constantly dropping the ball when it comes to renewing prescriptions. Currently my back--near the kidney area--is in a frightful amount of pain. An x-ray was scheduled, but 10 days out. I've been counting the days, desperate to have it x-rayed and somehow dealt with. Then today...the phone call: "Sorry, the x-ray tech will be out that day (2 days from now). Gonna be another week." Unacceptable. Please, if you can afford another place for your health needs, go there quickly. I would if I could.

Horrible experience. Went for a psych evaluation, ended up with more trauma scarring. Its been 5yrs and I'm finally gathering up the balls to see another doctor. My insurance didnt cover costs so she baker acted me instead where my CPTSD went overload. Wrote me off with schizophrenia, was put in a cop car, stripped naked, and refused to be spoken to since I'm written off to be schizophrenic. My sister in law was seeing the same doctor, every follow up was a new diagnosis along with more medications, and again was baker acted. If ur suicidal please avoid this place at all costs, cause ull definitely wish u went thru with it after visiting this place. Avoid at all costs. Go see a real doctor. This place caused nothing but more mental damage

I feel discriminated

If I could give it zero stars I would. Dr Lisa Wheeler is the most insensitive doctor I’ve ever met. Will never go back.

Worst places! This office discriminates against single women with children is a very unpleasant and ordinary place. Terrible service coming from the nurses in the dental área. No no 000000 is just terrible.

The dentist at this location is awesome, (Fellsmere)she does really good work, she is gentle and kind and quite honestly too good for this place! (hence the two stars) Unfortunately, her staff is rude and condescending and treat people like a number. They make sure to let you know your schedule and what you've got going on in your life means nothing because you are poor and on Medicaid. They like to talk down to you, tell you how busy they and they don't have time to deal with you! They also like to schedule 3 separate appointments for your family on different days of the same week!  When you call and ask one of those appointments to be moved to the same day so you and your kid can come in together, they really treat you like a number and they'll ban you for 6 months from making any subsequent appointments! (After all your just another person who can't afford insurance)The woman with the nasaly voice who answers the phone and does scheduling is rotten and is sure to make you feel like your a piece of trash by the end of the conversation! Don't go here if you intend to work a job! It's a full time job getting to each separate appointment they schedule you and no they do not care if you work or have other things going, because you are just another poor person with a 45 minute window and they don't really want you there anyways! The doctor deserves 4-5 stars the staff behind the phone and desk deserve ZERO.

Muy complacida a pesar de haber leído muy malas opiniones de otros pacientes fuy con un poco de reserva en esperar una buena atención primaria,pero quede impresionada todo fue rápido la asistente de la doctora fue genial al igual que la traductora ,lindas personas y te hacen sentir en confianza.....la Doctora también muy atenta 😉😁gracias
