THINK TWICE IF YOU LOOKING FOR HEALTH CARE OR METAL HEATH Service's Go Else where !!! THIS PLACE NEEDS BE SHUT DOWN . ITS ALL ABOUT A DOLLOR AT TCCH❌❌ THEY DONT CARE..............🚩🚩At all about there Patients only about Numbers if Go there you will be a number Not Human (Patients) !!!! Warning🚩🚩

Let me start off with, I’ve been a member of TCCH for 4 years. I’ve been to every location they have. From Oslo - Fellsmere. & not a single office gets it done like the Central Location. However I have to single out the real MVP at this office, because she goes the extra mile for her patients.COURTNEY L. She deserves a raise, paid Vacay and so much more with how much love she gives to each family that walks in the door. She really proves herself and her worth with the amount of care she displays.The best Medical Assistant any office would kill to have in these times. Being sick, or having a sick child isn’t easy, however Courtney will go the lengths needed to get you & your baby better.I had to share my thoughts! This world needs more people like this!!

If you want to die come here. I had type 2 diabetes three times according to these doctors. I went somewhere else i have no diabetes. They were going to start me on meds for diabetes. If i would have listened to them i would have had diabetes from the meds. THEY MAKE NO MONEY IF YOUR NOT SICK!!!

ALERT!! Dr. Picou's patients: ASKING FOR A COMPLAINT FORM WILL CAUSE RELAPSE! WITHDRAWL!! DEBT! & future problems lasting UP TO ONE YEAR finding another DR based on LIES! ALSO, ILLEGAL denial of your anti-depressants! ILLEGAL DENIAL of your Prior-Auths! Repeatedly changing of appts! Expensive tests sent in that are NOT COVERED by your insurance forcing you into DEBT!BUT MOST SHOCKING! The ability to request that YOUR PERSONAL CHOICE OF HEALTH INSURANCE be CHANGED!!!!!!! to a "State Well Specialty Plan" WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION OR EVEN YOUR CONCENT!!After I spent several weeks reviewing ALL THE AVAILABLE COVERAGES THAT WERE BEST FOR ME.. then choosing "MY" PERSONAL HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY "Prestige" (who were AWSOME! & helped me harrass the Dr & office till they did their job when my Prior-Auths went 2 weeks unsigned, or i was lied to & told my ins didnt cover my brand. Then lied to & told they didnt cover my amount! I was repeatedly ALMOST MONTHLY left with no prescription! UNABLE TO TRY TO RETURN TO WORK! broke & in HORRIFIC SUFFERING & WITHDRAWL!! Etc!!I AM ONE YEAR.. ONE FRACKIN YEAR! THIS MONTH LEFT FOR DEAD BY THIS "DOCTOR" & STILL TODAY WITHOUT MY "paid" PRESCRIPTION!! JUST YESTERDAY FINDING OUT THE "DOCTOR" WAS THE ONE WHO REQUESTED MY INSURANCE BE CHANGED!Dr Picou... Has the personality of a piece of CARDBOARD! She hides her face behind her monitor & does NOT know how to interact with SICK PATIENTS! Hating me from day ONE because.. as she said "IM NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE SEEING PATIENTS YET!" WITH MALICE & INTENT SHE SPENT MORE TIME THINKING ABOUT HOW TO INTENTIONALLY DESTROY MY LIFE, RATHER THAN HELP ME SUCCEED!!!! She is a HATER & is EVIL INCARNATE!! If you VALUE YOUR LIFE... DO ""NOT""!!!! I REPEAT.... DO ""NOT"" PUT YOUR PRECIOUS LIFE IN THIS DEMONIC WOMAN'S HANDS. Her complete lack of knowledge in THIS AREA OF PRACTICE IS EVIDENT BY HER LACK OF EMPATHY! MY DOG'S LICK ON MY FACE SHOWED ME MORE EMPATHY!

Staff apparently does not seem to care about anything. I felt like my son and I were such a problem. They aren't even pretending to be nice. Not even pretending to care at this point.

I made my appointment at 10:00 and they changed my appointment to 10:30. I had other stuff to do after the appointment it messed up my whole schedule.

9/4/2020 - Its been a whole year since I started going here or left a review.The staff is amazing compared to many other places.Always upbeat and timely. I personally have had great experiences with TCCH. From my primary Dr. Greenspoon, to my BH Dr. Picou, and social worker Ms. Nikki.They have put time into me, and I have seen vast improvements mentally and physically.Thank you to TCCH and there great team.
