I am very impressed with Dr. Beckett and his staff. I just had a vein procedure on my leg and had zero pain with lots of excellent conversations with Dr. Beckett and his staff. Great people! I am looking forward to going back and would highly recommend Dr. Beckett to anyone who requires vein/procedures/surgery. Excellent sense of humor as well which helped decrease my anxiety.

Dr Beckett is an excellent doctor however laser treatment for nail fungus does not work and they charge a lot to have it done. It is a waste of money. I am posting to warn others not to try it to save some money.

The absolute worst experience. While hospitalized at Cleveland clinic this surgeon came in for a consultation whereby he refused to answer any questions whatsoever and told me you can't afford to ask questions in this venue make an appointment to see me in my office. I waited 60 days for an office appointment, the staff was rude and vulgar towards me. Kept me sitting in the office for an hour and a half and then failed to allow me to see the doctor who stated previously I needed surgery in my carotid artery or I would have a stroke and could die. Prior to my appointment the office manager was extremely unprofessional and rude to me over the telephone, she informed me that they need to make sure that I can pay for the surgery or that my insurance covers it otherwise I can go somewhere else and take my chances. How dare this woman speak to a patient in this manner? I consider this type of behavior very ghetto unbecoming a professional in the healthcare providing profession. (When I explained that I wasn't thrilled with the way Dr Beckett spoke to me in the hospital related to not being allowed to ask questions related to the procedure and his comments related to my being able to afford to ask questions in this venue she accused me of lying!) I will be filing a complaint with the medical board as well as the licensing board in Florida related to my experience of having my valuable time wasted, inappropriate remarks and being denied consultation. Furthermore, Dr Praynay Ramdev's office in Vero Beach was wonderful! Dr Beckett may be a big fish in a small pool in this relatively unknown county and Vero Beach. However this office is not the creme de la creme of the medical community in this state. If you have a loved one who is in danger of having a massive stroke or death due to carotid artery blockage I suggest you look elsewhere for a medical professional who strives to be equally effective with all people, has high standards of ethical and professional treatment whereby respectful dignified treatment is the norm! Judging by the reviews this place is hit or miss.
